The super food I’m referring to is cacao, the dried seed of a tropical tree that’s used to make cocoa and chocolate. But before it’s turned into something else, cacao is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. Here’s why you should eat it:

Cacao prevents bad cholesterol and improves circulation of blood by not allowing for plaque to build up. This lowers the risk of heart disease, which is one of the main killers of adults.

The most obvious benefit of cacao is that it contains a very good amount of natural antioxidants. These antioxidants promote all of the following…
