4 secrets to becoming confident now

Sean BowerAt one time or another, virtually every person goes through spells of life when confidence is at a minimum.

It’s only natural, but it can easily inhibit your ability to take action, make positive changes to your life, and proactively seek out wealth or happiness.

Confidence can easily push you to take that first step toward entrepreneurship and financial success, which is why I consider it one of the most important qualities you can have. Here is how to gain confidence now…

Want to become more successful? Want to be happier in general? Want to change something about your life for the better?

It all starts with confidence.

Here are 4 easy ways to increase your confidence right now:

1. Change a small habit

This doesn’t have to be anything significant like never eating fast food agin or something like that. Maybe you can start waking up a bit earlier to eat a good breakfast, or swapping out a daily soda for a glass of water. If you can do that for just 30 days it will become a habit, and you’ll be amazed at the confidence you’ll gain from making this positive change.

2. Dress your best

This will likely sound silly to you, but if you make the conscious decision to dress nice on a daily basis, your confidence will almost certainly shoot up. You don’t have to be putting on several hundred-dollar outfits everyday, but dressing up and wearing nice clothes can do wonders for your psyche. This confidence boost alone would be worth a little shopping spree in my opinion.

3. Exercise more

I know, I know. If you don’t exercise regularly, it’s difficult to get started. But if you make an effort to exercise in some way just 3 or 4 days a week for a month, this too can become a healthy habit. Your confidence will skyrocket in no time as a reward.

4. Slow down your speech

This probably sounds like another weird one to you, but try it out and see how you feel. People in positions of power or leadership often speak slowly because it exudes confidence. Unconfident people speak quickly in general because they don’t feel like what they have to say is worth listening to. Just try slowing down the pace with which you speak slightly and see how you feel.
