Please make sure to insert the device into your computer’s USB Drive –
Locate the “Type here to search” bar at the bottom left of your computer screen
Type in “file”, then click on “File Explorer”
In the next window, scroll down until you find “USB Drive”
Click on “USB Drive”
In the next window, click on “Start” one time until highlighted blue
Then right click on Start while it is highlighted blue, and select “Open”
