It’s now easier than ever before to sell your things.
Do you have belongings you no longer use or want?
Take a picture of them and post them for sale on eBay the “Let Go” cellphone app, or Facebook Marketplace.
Or if you can create something, there are always avenues by which you can sell it online. Here are a few ideas:
- Sell crafts and artwork on Etsy.com…
- Sell woodwork creations on Etsy.com or Craigslist.com…
- Sell eBooks on Amazon.com…
- Sell your photography via stock photos on websites like Getty or Flickr…

Side Hustle #2: Take surveys
You’ll never get rich by taking surveys, but you can certainly earn significant money from your favorite seat on the couch by doing so.
There are more and more online surveys popping up for businesses to learn more about their products and services.
Giving your opinion on them is easy, and they’ll pay you to do so.
Side Hustle #3: Virtual assistant
Something I’ve covered in more detail in previous articles is the option to make a nice chunk of money from home by becoming a virtual assistant for someone else.
If you can surf the web to research a certain topic, stay on top of someone else’s schedule, make appointments, etc., you can easily earn an income from your couch just by signing up on Shorttask.com or Amazon to do so.
Side Hustle #4: Online Teaching
There are a vast number of skills that people are more than happy to pay to learn.
If you can play an instrument, teach a foreign language, show someone how to write in calligraphy, give your expertise on gardening, tutor, or so many other things, you can earn an income from it, all from home.
Again, these are NOT going to make you rich, but they’re QUICK and EASY and can all be done from your home.
