Are you doing this to prevent Alzheimer’s?

MarkedwardsI don’t’ want to alarm you, but every 66 seconds somebody develops Alzheimer’s, according to the Alzheimer’s Association.

There’s a way to naturally protect yourself, but I doubt you’ve been told what that is.

For some reason, the doctors keep making their Alzheimer’s patients pay for expensive medicine that was mixed together in a factory somewhere.

The real prevention is so easy to get your hands on; you just have to know exactly what it is.

I’ll tell you…

If I didn’t scare you into understanding how serious Alzheimer’s is with that fact above, then I’ll put it into perspective: Alzheimer’s kills more people each year than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.

But you don’t have to suffer through that, because there’s a natural prevention.

I think it’s safe to say that if we cured every single disease then doctors would be out of a job. I’m not saying that your doctor is wanting you to fall ill, but I do think there’s somebody pulling the strings in the medical world while stockpiling mounds of cash.

You think doctors make a lot? Imagine what the pharmaceutical big-shots make. They’re basically “legal” drug dealers.

But none of that matters to you and I, because my family has been using this Alzheimer’s prevention for generations, and there’s living proof that it works…

So, how do you get your hands on this natural cure?

Go to your grocery store, and take a stroll down the organic aisle.

That’s right—organic food has been used to prevent Alzheimer’s in hundreds of thousands of cases.

There’s 5 specific types of organic food that doctors recommend, which are:

  • Anything that’s NOT processed
  • Colorful fruits and vegetables
  • Wild-caught fish
  • Olive oil
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Herbs and spices
  • And the best one: one glass of red wine per day

There you have it. Eating those foods, and indulging in a little red-wine drinking, will help you dodge the dreadful disease of Alzheimer’s.

Changing your diet is the most important step you’ll take in preventing this disease.

Along with adding those foods I’ve listed above to your diet, there’s some things you really need to avoid. Take a look:

  • Processed foods
  • Excessive intake of alcohol
  • Tap water
  • Sugar
  • Refined grains
  • Any food or drink packaged in aluminum

Studies show that having too much of any of those things in your diet could lead to an early development of Alzheimer’s.

There’s plenty of other things you could do to prevent this disease, like lots of exercise and a healthy amount of sleep each night, but the biggest factor for prevention is adjusting your diet in the ways I’ve mentioned.

By strictly sticking to eating the good foods, and staying away from the bad, Alzheimer’s should be the last thing on your mind.
