It’s time to get your Retirement 2.0

I don’t know if you’ve tried it yet, but Retirement 1.0 is boring.

Here’s what it consists of:

> Scrounge together the loose dollars and anything left in your bank account, and spend it until there’s nothing left, and…

> Take what lousy checks the Government is willing to send you with fears of it all running out.

Retirement 1.0 is dead. Here’s how to get your Retirement 2.0:

You may be like the few who want to make their retirement as fulfilling as possible.

The problem is that most have no idea how to do so…

But YOU will be able to when you know how to get your paycheck with a purpose in your Retirement 2.0!

Sadly, many people never realize that they have the option to stray from the 1.0 path they’ve been on. And it’s virtually never too late to do so…

Yet I’m sure you have friends or family members who trap themselves by thinking they must continue on with the career they chose and the Retirement 1.0 narrative no matter what because that’s the only way to get to retirement.

WRONG.

There’s a new path to take, a new way to experience a better life, and a new act waiting for you to begin…

And the answer for your Retirement 2.0 could be nonprofit work.

Again, there’s a misconception to overcome. Most people think that working for a nonprofit organization must be on a volunteer basis with no pay.

And while there are plenty of volunteers working for these organizations, a proper, dedicated nonprofit job can easily give you the paycheck with purpose you desire!

So let’s say you’re 59 years old and you’ve been working a job that’s difficult on your body for the past 30+ years. Retirement 1.0 is closing in, and you have no idea where to turn…

Here are your options:

Option 1: You can continue working the same job for the next 8 or so years, and then enter Retirement 1.0 without a fulfilling career and living in a worn down body.

OR,

Option 2: You can start your Retirement 2.0 by relieving your body of the hard work you’ve been doing, starting a fulfilling 2nd career in nonprofit work that you’re passionate about, and look forward to the next half of life as something brand new!

It’s all up to you… Which will you take?
