Prevent America’s #1 Cause of Death & Live Happy

If there are 3 things you need to focus on in life, they are health, wealth, and happiness.

And you can’t have wealth and happiness without good health.

That’s why I’m going to reveal how to prevent the killer that’s responsible for the most causes of deaths in America so you can live a happy, wealthy life…

You may have already guessed it, but just in case you haven’t, America’s #1 cause of death is high blood pressure.

It’s something that can get any one at any age.

That’s a scary thought.

But there are solid, scientifically-backed preventatives that you must incorporate into your everyday habits.

Diet is a BIG one.

Olive oil and green, leafy vegetables are a HUGE part of the natural secret to lowering your blood pressure with ease.

A recent study by King’s College London revealed that combining unsaturated fats with nitrate-rich vegetables is the key.

So unsaturated fats, like nuts and fish, paired with nitrate-rich vegetables, like spinach, lettuce, or celery, gives you the Mediterranean diet that fights high blood pressure!

By combining the 2, the result is what’s known as nitro fatty acids.

Now, nitro fatty acids help to block a certain enzyme (soluble epoxide hydrolase), which in turn inhibits reactions resulting in the dilation of blood vessels.

In simple terms, they lower your blood pressure.

As I mentioned before, olive oil and leafy vegetables like spinach do a particularly good job when paired together, but there are plenty of other options as well.

For unsaturated fats, incorporate olive oil, avocados, nuts, and fish.

And for vegetables go with some of the following, which are very high in nitrate content: arugula, spinach, lettuce, watercress, celery, cabbage, parsley, and red beetroot, to name a few.

Remember, food is medicine when you have the knowledge necessary to make it so.

Now that you’re armed with this knowledge, you can prevent America’s #1 cause of death and focus on the happiness and wealth parts of your life.

Don’t let high blood pressure stand a chance.
