Snatch Your Share of This New Property Explosion

Real estate is all about trends.

You may be aware of the overall macro buying-and-selling trends, but within those trends are micro trends.

What I’m talking about is types of real estate soaring (or getting ready to soar) more than others.

We could get into the nitty gritty of spotting these trends, but I’ve found one ready to take off—meaning 90% of the work is already done for you…

These trends don’t come around often, and they take off quick, so you must be fast if you want to jump on this money train.

We’ve already started seeing this type of real estate bubble up, but it’s not too late to get in.

As traditional real estate continues to provide a pool of wealth to those who’ve been in the game for quite some time, other opportunities pop up every day, and some of them have the potential to be lottery-winning tickets.

A lot of them fall by the wayside and never present any actual profit, but I steer clear of those, and I wouldn’t be so excited to present this new opportunity to you if I didn’t think it was going to be so lucrative.

So, let’s get to it…

Have you ever heard of tiny home living?

It’s a fairly new idea that hasn’t generated much publicity. That’s because until now it’s been illegal in the U.S. due to zoning restrictions and building standards.

But states like Texas, Florida, and Colorado are beginning to repeal and reshape some of these restrictions, and it’s only a matter of time before the rest of the country follows suit.

Tiny home living probably sounds like a ridiculous idea: 200 to 600 square foot homes than can be transported around the country like a trailer.

I know it sounds like a miniature version of a trailer park home, but the tiny home movement is becoming extremely trendy amongst the next generation that are entering the housing market.

We know how much millennials value fashion and uniqueness, and that may be why these tiny homes are becoming so popular. It’s the next “cool” thing.

Trust me, I know what you’re thinking, and I wouldn’t ever dream about living in one of these either, but I’m not telling you to live in one.

The days of wanting the biggest house imaginable in the nicest neighborhood are quickly coming to an end.

New homeowners consider trendiness and mobility more important than traditional factors.

But since we’ve been around a lot longer than these new home-buyers, we see the profitability that’ll come with this new wave of living.

These homes are affordable ($30,000 to $50,000) and they appeal to the simplistic lifestyle of the next wave of homeowners.

With the rising cost of mortgage rates and the infinite possibility of inflation, these homes couldn’t have come around at a better time for millennials who’d rather travel the country with their home trailing closely behind.

Statistics show that paying the standard down payment of 20% on a mortgage costs two-thirds of the average household income. The world is changing, as is the way we live our lives.

I’m sure you get the picture by now, but there are many ways you can snap up the endless amount of profit potential that comes with this new idea of living.

Investing in the companies that build these homes early would be a great start, but as these homes start to hit the market, I’d suggest buying as many as your budget allows and selling or renting them out to people seeking a simpler lifestyle.

As I’ve stated, the idea of living in such a small space seems so unappealing and unnatural, but we’ve got to understand that it’s the housing market’s incoming generation that’ll be spending the most money.

Since we should always look at the market to find out the best ways to generate wealth, I’d say there’s been no bigger sign than this one.

Keep a close eye on the expanding idea of tiny home living, and when the timing’s right (which could be any day now), pull the trigger and jump in on this new property explosion before it’s too late.
