The quote that’s made me millions…

When people ask me, “What’s the secret to your success?”, it’s always hard to pin one thing down.

I’ve done a lot of different things in business, stocks, and real estate, but those are just vehicles to get you to success.

There’s one quote that I’ve leaned on that I can attribute my millions too, and if you heed these words, you could be well on your way to millions before you know it…

I tend to file and save a lot of quotes from successful people. Afterall, they’ve been there and done it.

If you’re going to listen to any advice on being successful, it should be advice from successful people, right?

I try to give you the best possible advice I can, but in this article, I want to share a quote with you that’s led me to the bulk of my wealth:

“Do Something. If it works, do more of it. If it doesn’t, do something else.” –Franklin D. Roosevelt

This quote may seem simple on the surface, but there’s a lot to unpack – and it applies to a lot of different things.

Take wealth for example.

If you start a business, and you’re making money off it, you’d be crazy to shift gears for no reason and start a different business.

But most people shoot themselves in the foot by not doing more of what is working.

It’s like we have this inherent fear of success… or at least the responsibilities it comes with.

Let’s shift focus from wealth for a second and look at another example.

Most people hop around from diet to diet because it’s the next “cool thing”.

If the Atkins diet works for you, why would you move onto the weightwatchers diet?

If the keto diet works for you, why would you move onto paleo?

It’s just this strange human nature we have that makes us skip around.

It’s almost as if it gives us an excuse for not succeeding.

But like diets and anything else, wealth comes with following what’s working, and moving on from what’s not working.

Another example where this FDR quote comes in handy is in marketing. If an advertisement is working, you should try to grow that advertisement and make the campaign bigger. There’s no point in moving on from it because you’re bored of it.

The same applies for an advertisement that’s not working.

If it’s failing, don’t keep running it. Move onto something else.

There are many applications for this quote, which is why I attribute my wealth to it.

It can be used in situations both big and small, and across many areas of your life.

I suggest you do the same as me and make a printout of it.

Follow it closely and watch your life change for the better…

“Do Something. If it works, do more of it. If it doesn’t, do something else.” –Franklin D. Roosevelt
