I know there’s a LOT of stigma around meditation, but please set those judgments aside as I fill you in…

You’ll soon see it’s not some “hippy fad” that makes no difference to your life.

Here’s how to make it work for you to make sure you’re achieving all your goals and heading toward success…

Pick a clear time period of your day. This time period should be consistent each day.

If you work 9-5, set a time period early in the morning or after you get off work.

You’re going to eventually need about an hour to make this work for you, but we’ll start small at first.

Start by sitting down in a comfortable position somewhere you won’t be interrupted. Either turn your phone of or put it another room where you won’t hear it.

Once you’re comfortable, close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Spend the first 15 minutes clearing your mind.

Focusing on your breathing will help you automate this clearing of your mind.

Think of it like a rhythmic metronome that you’re aligning your body’s clock with.

You WILL get stray thoughts trying to purge your concentration. That’s normal.
