2. Find the right audience(s)
The next step is finding the audience to offer the free product to. You can do this through the renting of email lists. And when you do so, keep in mind that you’re looking for a list of people who have an interest in the type of product you’re going to be giving them.
3. Collect subscribers
Send that audience an email offering them the free product if they simply sign up and give you their email address. This is how you’ll collect subscribers and begin building your own list. And then comes the fun part…
4. Monetize your list
Now that you have your own list (that you’re continuing to build as you go), it’s time to turn it into an income stream. And you can do so in a few different ways…
- You can send your list emails that sell your own products.
- You can send your list emails selling other people’s products and earn a commission.
- You can allow other people to rent your list and receive payment for doing so.
- And once you’re done building that list and selling to it, you can completely sell the entire list for a nice payday.
